Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Thyme

  • Parmesan

Here are our ingredients.

Cut onion finely and fry on olive oil until transparent. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and fry for a few minutes. Then put in a baking dish.

Potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and carrots cut into slices. Try to choose vegetables of the same diameter.

Now put the vegetables, alternating in color, on top of the onions with mushrooms. Starting from the outer edge.

Gradually reaching the centre.

Sprinkle with thyme and Parmesan (a little cheese to leave). Cover with foil and bake at 190 degrees for about an hour. Remove foil sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and bake for about 20 minutes, until vegetables are browned.
