Tortilla with cabbage and minced meat
Thin crust with a juicy filling. Very tasty. On the website the girls Mother and M. A. and mila87 is the technology of preparation of such pellets, but mine is different and the dough and filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

Knead the dough: in lukewarm water dissolve yeast, add sugar, oil and flour. In the beginning it will seem that little flour.

But flour is better not to add, I just beat the dough on the table and kneaded for about 10 minutes. It was soft and elastic. Leave to rest, covered with a towel.

Toppings: onions and carrots finely cut and fry in small amount of vegetable oil.

Cabbage is also finely chop and add to the onions with carrots. Fry until cooked.

Season the mince with salt, pepper, add favorite spices and ready cabbage. Mix well.

Roll out the dough, mentally divide the cake into 4 pieces and spread the stuffing on 3/4, then make a vertical cut from top to center to the middle of the pellet.

Now gently roll out into a pancake to a thickness of 1 cm had to fry in the pan, but I have not calculated pellet size and my frying pans (I have it just not fit). If you do less, it is enough dough and filling for two tortillas.

I roasted on one side and put on a baking sheet (on top of the fried side), in a hot oven 200 gr. 15 min.
