Marinated mushrooms
This recipe will help You quickly and tasty to cook pickled mushrooms at home.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Vinegar

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    8 piece

  • Allspice

    6 piece

Thoroughly wash the mushrooms, if there are large - cut into pieces.

Prepare the marinade. In a saucepan, pour the water and vinegar. Add sugar, salt, cloves and allspice. Put on fire and bring to a boil.

In a pan with marinade put the mushrooms.

Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and quickly cooled. For quick cooling you can use a bowl of cold water, where to put the pan with the mushrooms.

Chilled mushrooms put in a jar with marinade and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
