Found on the Cook zapekanku with such an intriguing title. Loved it, quick to prepare, tasty, juicy and tender... And fashion I do not pursue...

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    700 g

  • Crumb bread

    1 cup

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mashed potatoes

    1.5 cup

  • Cream

    125 ml

In the pan lay the fish fillets, pre-salted, pepper and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.

Prepare a mixture of bread crumbs, chopped parsley, lemon zest, soft butter, salt, pepper.

Prepared mixture lubricate the fish fillets. Lay slices of tomatoes, add salt, season with Basil. Pour over the cream.
