Sweet cake
Sweet tarts have always been in Russia native national dish and the main delicacy on the tables of our grandmothers and great-grandmothers. In the fall they came out with berries and fruit.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    6.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Cranberries

    1 cup

  • Grapes

    200 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

For the production of cake products must be at room temperature. Mix the yeast with 100g of the flour, pour yogurt, put a tablespoon of brown sugar. Allow to stand for 30 minutes to "Wake up" the yeast. Then enter the melted and cooled butter, a spoonful or two of brown sugar, salt, egg and vanilla. Knead, adding the remaining flour. From the dough form a ball, cover and allow to rise twice. Slightly obtinem and give more time to climb.

While the dough rises, cranberries sort, wash and mince. Add the brown sugar. Periodically stir until fully rastvoreniya sugar.

After the second rise divide it roughly in half. Single part on parchment, greased (very comfortable), roll out the crust. Put on baking tray. The oven heated for 20 minutes to 180 deg.

There the grapes were stronger, and when baking has changed only the color.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Baking time, of course, everyone according to the oven, but it's better to reheat and bake a short time, so as not to dry the cake. And grapes can be put for 5-7 minutes before end of baking. The pie was very tasty. The smell of freshly baked, vanilla and cranberries left no one indifferent, and pie, without having to cool to the end, disappeared.
