Crab-cream cheese soup
Creamy crab soup with a pleasant taste. An interesting note gives Basil soup.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    500 g

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Corn

    250 g

  • Dutch cheese

    80 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Water

    2 l

  • Basil

    10 g

Boil chicken broth with onion, carrots and potatoes.

Just before serving, remove the chicken, add the crab sticks, corn, grated cheese, chopped Basil, dill. Boil for 10 minutes.

Strain the soup. The chicken separated from the bones.

Grind in a blender. Puree to put in the broth, add the cream, bring to a boil and boil for 5-8 minutes. When serving, decorate crab sticks.
