Yogurt cake with prunes
Delicious, tender, flavorful cake, easy to prepare and available products.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cake pan or small tins greased with butter. Dried fruits pour boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain the water and dry them on a napkin, place in a bowl and mix with a pinch of flour. Separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, whisk the hot yolks with the sugar, vanilla, salt, continuing to whisk, pour in vegetable oil and melted butter, then add the yogurt, stir, pour the sifted flour and baking powder, stir to avoid lumps, add the prunes with raisins.

Separately, beat egg whites in a solid foam. Gently mix the dough with proteins until smooth, pour the mixture into the form.

Bake until Golden brown, readiness check wooden skewer. The finished cake to turn on the grill, carefully remove the bottom and the rim of the mold, allow to cool completely.
