Try this recipe for easy fish in a delicious tomato sauce it is great!

Ingredients

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    0.5 cup

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

  • Parmesan

    1 cup

Prepare the fillet, dry it with a paper towel, flour, eggs and biscuits fill the bowls, pour the fish with lemon juice and dip in flour, then in eggs and in breadcrumbs

Fry in hot oil on each side for 3 minutes

For the tomato sauce fry the onion with spices, add tomato paste and Parmesan cheese, fragrant herbs like Basil, salt pepper, 1 teaspoon of the breadcrumbs, stir and tormented all at malenick heat for 5 minutes
