Cooking

step-0
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, spices.
step-1
Diligent small handles help =)
step-2
Blend butter with white sugar, add honey, egg. To combine the dry and oily part.
step-3
Knead the dough. Separate 1/3 of the dough, adding the cocoa. It is better to use high-quality alkalized cocoa. It is tasty and gives a great color. To make it easier to work, put the dough for half an hour in the cold. At first I wanted to cut the cookies on the pattern. But, twisted it in hands, understood that form is not much different from a flower =)
step-4
That really saved me time. The diameter of the flower I have about 5.5 cm of the Chocolate part of the dough is resting in the fridge.
step-5
First I cut all the flowers, spread out on the baking sheet.
step-6
Here comes the most important creative moment. Roll out the chocolate dough, cut out circles. We have 2 small cutting of different diameter. Look at the size of their feet. I used the syringe 10 and 2, pre-cutting off their noses. Circles of larger diameter attach together, forming something like a rounded heart, it will cushion the foot. Of small circles forming the petals, it will be fingers :)
step-7
A little bit of effort and magic, and voila! =) Bake at 180 for about 15 minutes, be guided by your oven.
step-8
Delicious, flavorful, festive! Hide a little bit, to have time to take pictures)))
step-9
We put in a beautiful box and give to friends. Conveniently, this cookie is stored for a long time and can be prepared in advance and even send in the mail =)
step-10
From the remnants of dough I cut out the other figures and built here a collage-the dog! Good mood friends and Happy Holidays!
