Accidentally found an interesting recipe for Christmas cake from Frisia for the contest "new year tastes of the planet"
Sift in a Cup of 250 grams of flour and baking powder. Make a deepening in the middle, add 500 ml of cream 20 g vanilla sugar and 175 g chopped into pieces oil. Knead soft dough, if the dough sticks to hands, add more flour. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, put on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
For dusting: in a bowl sift the remaining flour, add 75g of powdered sugar, cinnamon and gradually add the chopped pieces of butter.
RUB hands with oil so that the mixture takes the form of small crumbs.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out portion of dough and place on bottom of greased form. In several places prick with fork.
On top sprinkle with sprinkles.
Bake each serving in turn for 15 minutes (until slightly Golden) at a temperature (180-200 g).
Latest hot cut the cake into 8 parts.
For the filling: canned plums, pitted grind in a blender to puree or RUB through a sieve.
Whisk 500 ml cream 60 gr. powdered sugar to produce a thick stand mass.
To coat the cakes first, and plum puree.
Fill pastry tube with whipped cream (tip star). Squeeze the cream zigzag patterns on the cake oiled mashed potatoes. Repeat this step with the 3 layers, stacking them on top of each other.
Put chopped up the last cake and sprinkle it with powdered sugar, put in the fridge. Before serving cut into portions.
