Hot salad
Salad ready in 5 minutes, plus 2 minutes in the microwave. Sea vitamins and rich taste. My improvisation, winter version.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    3 piece

  • Sausage

    50 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Green onions

Cooking

Cabbage, cucumber and sausage cut into strips.

Diced tomato, green onion - finely.

Salad dressing can be made in two ways. For those who are watching a figure, and for those who are not much concerned about the extra weight. First option: Olive oil 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar - 1/2 tsp grainy Mustard - 1/2 tsp Second option: Mayonnaise - 3st.l. Soy sauce HEINZ - 1/2H.l. Balsamic vinegar - 1/2H.l. Ingredients to mix and season the salad on top, not stirring. I have the second option, the first option husband will not accept.:)Balsamic vinegar can replace freshly squeezed lemon juice (one slice of lemon).

From top to grate on the fine grater cheese. And bake in the microwave on the biggest power couple of minutes, the cheese melts - the dish is ready! Very tasty, fast, vitamin, satisfying... I Recommend to try!
