Cooking
Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Carrots add few salt and mash with hands. Put in a deep bowl. You can optionally add the parsley and dill.
All the ingredients for the marinade mix well and bring to boil. Cool. The number of ingredients is very conditional. Orientirueshsya to your taste.
Vegetables pour the marinade and stir gently. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Stir again and serve! In the fridge this salad kept well for several days in a sealed container (not zavetrilos).
