  • Pepper

  • Cucumber

  • Carrots

  • Greens

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Carrots add few salt and mash with hands. Put in a deep bowl. You can optionally add the parsley and dill.

All the ingredients for the marinade mix well and bring to boil. Cool. The number of ingredients is very conditional. Orientirueshsya to your taste.
