Pea soup from Martha Stewart
First saw this soup in the recipe book of Martha Stewart, I immediately decided to try it. The result exceeded all my expectations! I could not believe that it is so easy to prepare. Despite its simplicity and minimal ingredients, the soup is very flavorful and delicious. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Broth

    4 cup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

First, boil the peas. A boil peas from the calculation: 1 Cup of whole peas take 6 cups water, and 1 Cup of halves of peas - 4 cups of water. Cooking time of whole peas, 60-90 minutes and half 30-60 minutes. You can use broth, but I didn't have one, and I took water and a bouillon cube.
