Biscuits Fried Eggs
You want scrambled eggs? a La carte? no? well cookie? sweet, with apricot and almonds? with the scent of sage and a hint of mint? Then I ask you to visit!

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Mint

    0.25 tsp

  • Sage

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    650 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    25 piece

  • Apricot

    25 piece

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    300 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

The recipe used sugar TM "Mistral" Universal

Separate the yolks from the whites and RUB with sugar TM "Mistral"

Incandescent mashed yolks add sour cream. Mix well

Add salt, dry, crushed mint and sage they will give a liver delicate flavor of mint and a hint of sage, as if a breath of wind

Add flour, soda and knead the dough

Roll out the dough, cut out circles with a glass of suitable size

Lay circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes (180 degrees)

Cook apricots - here are my beauties from the garden - delicious and bright. Drain the syrup from the fruit, dry the halves do not need

On each cookie put a nut (I have almonds)

Make the frosting by whipping the whites with powdered sugar and a teaspoon of lemon juice

Halves of apricots were coated with glaze and bake for 5-7 minutes in the oven (make sure the frosting is not dark. as will become slightly creamy on the edges - the cookies are ready)

Cooled and enjoy the wonderful crumbly cookie with the flavor of summer and spicy herbs, giving a charge of vivacity and spirit!
