Salad with white beans and herring

  • Vinegar

Cooking

To soak the beans, cook as recommended on the package.

Boil or bake beets, potatoes and carrots.

Dressing: mix mustard, a little pepper, salt, red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Herring fillet cut into thin strips.

Chop the vegetables, Apple, cucumber and onion in small cubes.
