Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Poke eggplant with a knife in several places and put together with the peppers on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
To remove skin from eggplant and peppers.
Finely chop the peppers and eggplant, or blend. Finely chop the garlic.
Nuts, or to roast in a pan or in the microwave.
Mix the eggplant pepper mixture with nuts and parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the lemon juice, add not all at once, and better taste. Our appetizer is ready! Bon appetit!
