Salad with ciabatta and seasonal vegetables
Salads of seasonal vegetables, is a storehouse of vitamins, and even when the recipe is simple and fast it in the hands of any owner.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Bread

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Lettuce

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Onion peel and chop.

Marinate chopped onion in the mix 4 tbsp wine vinegar, 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp sugar, salt

While onion is marinating, break ciabatta into pieces the size of one bite.
