Mushroom soup with mushrooms
Delicious wonderful soup and easy to prepare! Mushrooms provide us with a great broth with carrots, onions and potatoes. Try it and you will not be disappointed! Remember that a recipe is just a basis and you will be able to find your unique taste!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 pinch

  • The processed cheese

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Put a saucepan with water (I got 3 liters) on the small one. Throw in the water a tablespoon of salt and wait until the water boils.

Rinse the mushrooms under running water.

And cut each mushroom into four pieces.

Carrots three on a coarse grater, onion finely chop.

Take 5 large potatoes and cut them in cubes.

The water is boiling! Add the mushrooms and cook them for 10-15 minutes. Do not be afraid that the mushrooms will "jump out of the pots" in the process of cooking they'd be cooking down.

While the mushrooms are boiled, fry in vegetable oil carrots and onions until Golden brown.

It's been 15 minutes! Add a handful of semolina and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut cheese cubes.

It took another 10 minutes! Add the mushrooms to the vegetables and cheese. Reduce the fire and wait until the potatoes will be ready. Then the soup will be there!
