Pate of white beans with sun-dried tomatoes
Delicious filler for sandwiches - fresh, hearty and healthy. A vegetarian dish that meat eaters will not refuse.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    60 ml

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Onions clear and finely chop the clove of garlic, peel and slightly flatten; fry in tablespoon of oil until Golden brown onions.

If using canned beans, drain liquid and rinse. Put in processor, add the toasted garlic, the remaining butter and the juice of 1/2 lemon. To make puree.

Sun-dried tomatoes and capers chop knife on the Board or in the processor.

Fresh herbs – a bit of lovage, even less of the sage and it's on the parsley, chop.

Onion, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, herbs and paprika to combine with a bean puree, knead well, if needed add salt and pepper.

Serve with bread, but some people prefer to eat this pie just with a spoon :-)
