Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    150 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cream

    30 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    20 g

Cooking

Beat butter with sugar. Add the eggs.

Add soda and sour cream.

Add cocoa and flour. Knead the dough.

In a greased MW bowl to pour the batter. Test to lay out the defrosted cherries. To cook in the "Baking" 70 minutes. Ready take out the cake using the bowl for roasting. Cool.

Top cake decorate with icing. This dark chocolate and melt to desired consistency, add butter and cream. Fill the pie with glaze of dark chocolate and decorate with shavings of white chocolate... or Vice versa... And leave in the cold to solidify.
