Summer desserts from unusual passirovanny peaches
Once I got the eye of an amazing recipe chef Simon Hulstone and this recipe really interested me. Have made the changes, (forgive me, Maestro), and I got 2 dessert rather "devochkoy" - well, that's what I thought, but my husband thought differently))) Interesting and unusual, fresh and tasty - try?

Ingredients

  • Peach

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    750 ml

  • Water

    850 ml

  • Hibiscus

    1 tsp

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Ice cream

    500 g

  • Alcohol

Cooking

In a narrow saucepan combine 750ml of water, sugar and soy sauce, put on fire, bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.

If peaches are hard-put the peaches in the syrup, cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat. Leave the peaches to cool. I top a small weight put, to lay the peaches in syrup. If doggie ripe, then turn off the heat and put the peaches in the syrup for 25 minutes.

To remove peel from peaches, and put them back in the syrup.

Granite. Boil water and brew a hibiscus. Drain.

Add the orange juice, I added 30 ml aperol, stir and put in the freezer. Stir with a fork to form small ice crystals.

We have peaches and can make two choices of dessert. Option 1. On the dish lay out the granite, peach on top, decorate as desired - I added some petals to tea.

Very refreshing especially in the heat.

Option 2. Cut the peach into pieces.

Put in a bowl of ice cream, granite and top of the peaches. Decorated mint.
