The Frankfurt green salad
This spring salad, original set of ingredients, and most importantly, it is low-calorie and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green onions

  • Parsley

  • Flowers

  • Mint

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

The young dandelion leaves well washed, pour over boiling water or soak for 20-30 minutes in lightly salted water. To get, dry.

Chop the parsley.

Chop the mint leaves.

Chop dandelion leaves, in principle, like all, in any form.

The original recipe was offered in addition to onion to use and simple. I only do it with green onions, chop I prefer the large, but thinly.

For this salad, I always make poached eggs (you can just cook the yolk can be solid or slightly, in the middle, watery) Chop, I also prefer larger.

Dressing: 2 tablespoons sour cream + salt, white pepper powder, coriander powder on the tip of a knife. (I've tried: yogurt, olive and vegetable oil is the best - sour cream is low fat) Mix and then pour over salad or serve alongside.

Of course, you can add a lot of things, but... this version is almost perfect in terms of flavor combinations. Bon appetit.
