Cooking
RUB the yeast with sugar and dissolve a half of water and let stand for 10 minutes. Lightly beat the eggs together with the second part of water. Mix the yeast with the water and sift half of the flour. Carefully stir and leave the dough for 30 - 40 minutes in a warm place until bubbles. Sift the remaining flour into the dough, and knead elastic dough, adding the salt and oil (to knead for 15 - 20 minutes). I did the kneading in the bread maker.
Spread in a greased bowl and let rise for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4-5 pieces and roll into a pellet with a thickness of about 2 cm (baking paper). Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for another 30 minutes.
To grease with a yolk, beaten with 1 tbsp water, puncture with a fork in several places and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 200 C for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
