Cooking
Peel the pumpkin and celery root, cut into small pieces and boil until tender
Blend the boiled pumpkin and celery root in a blender
To prepare the garlic, onion and spices
1. Fry in vegetable oil (oil can replace water and simmer the vegetables under a lid until cooked) garlic, until aroma. 2. Add the chopped onions, the resulting mass in a blender. 3. Add the onion puree to the pumpkin weight, and pour the ginger, marjoram and salt. 4. Add warmed milk (for vegetarians or fasting, or carefully watching the figure, the milk can be replaced with water).
