Cake without baking of the beloved "Jubilee" cookies, but not the traditional, and crimson. Done quickly, it turns out very gently, like "Bird's milk".

Need to entertain kids in the evening time... a couple hours.. and need to escape. And do not remember whether the old children's treat? Buy biscuits, yoghurt, cheese... gelatin is always there!
In the morning there is welding. Filter it, put sugar.
Soak gelatin.
Curd mix with the yogurt.
Gelatin is warmed according to the instructions.
Add in the cheese mass, carefully vymeshivayut.
Shape (preferably rectangular) vistream film.
The cookies moisten in welding with 2 sides, but quickly - soaked biscuits much falling apart...
And stacked to form a dense layer.
1/3 cottage cheese mixture, evenly distributed on the liver.
The second layer of biscuits (don't forget to moisten the leaves).
Another layer of the curd mass.
The third layer of biscuits.
And another layer of cheese.
2-3 cookies crumble
And sprinkle with crumb cake on top... Put in... all run away!!!
