Stuffed pasta
Very simple and delicious recipe. I decided to try to make it in the slow cooker. I had always done in the oven. In a slow cooker taste a little different.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cook the meat on the bones, or just meat. I just cook the bones. To the resulting broth leave on the pasta, and the part to use in soup. After the meat is cooked remove it from the bones and finely chop. Can twist, but I love chopped. Meat you can use any, I have pork. Of course you can use beef, but with boiled meat to me tastes better.

Carrot three on a small grater. Onions finely chop.

Onions and carrots fry in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Mix with the meat. Add a little pepper. Can add the greens.

Boil until soft in salted water our boots. Then immediately pour and spread separately, so that the macaroni will not stick together.

Take a little of the broth in which the meat is cooked. In the broth, dilute the tomato paste.
