Cooking
Mix flour with margarine (I was baking, "Chunk", I really liked it), with a knife. If you use oil, you have to salt.
In the resulting crumb to add water (preferably acidified) and quickly make a dough. To put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll out with a rolling pin, fill the pastry dough 3-4 mm thick, extra clean (then again it is possible to roll out). To put the baskets one within the other 3 pieces with the dough and the fourth without a test. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Then disassemble design and dopekat.
Prepare the cream. Have to mix well (better mixer) the eggs, cream and sugar. Baskets filled with poached apricots filled with cream and into the oven for another 10 minutes (until the cream thickens).
Or berries. Blueberries, frozen (pre-melted). It was sprinkled with sugar in the basket, then the cream. Blueberry saaaaame delicious it turned out.
