Cookies with marshmallows
Very tasty cookies, one up - too quickly ends.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Cocoa powder

    0.75 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Extract

    1.25 tsp

  • Marshmallows

    20 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare products to have everything at hand. Preheat the oven to 190*C.

In a medium bowl mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.

In another bowl with a mixer beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy mass, about 2 minutes.

Add the egg, milk and vanilla and beat until well blended.

Add the flour mixture

And mix thoroughly on low speed.

Using a tablespoon, and a spoon for ice cream

Put the dough on a baking sheet at a distance of about 2 cm from each other. Bake cookies 10 to 12 minutes. I got 20 cookies.

While the cookies baked, split marshmallows in half.

Remove the baking sheets from the oven and put half of marshmallow in center of each cookie, pressing down slightly.

Return to the oven and continue baking until marshmallows begins to melt, 2 to 3 minutes.

Completely cool cookies on wire rack.

Mix sugar, cocoa and sour cream,

boil until smooth.

Then add the oil

And boil until glaze slightly thickens.

Spread about 1 tbsp icing on each cookie and spread around the marshmallows.
