Very tasty, tender pie dough with cottage cheese filling, drenched in condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    900 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

I warn you once - this quantity of ingredients turned out a lot of dough, I had to bake except cake, and buns with cottage cheese. So, let's start: 600 g of cottage cheese mixed with 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and softened margarine. Add the egg, vegetable oil, flour and baking powder. Knead well elastic dough.

In a greased form put the dough, going to the boards. Put the stuffing: grind 300 g of cottage cheese with sour cream, vanilla, 5 tbsp of sugar. Add some jam (I had the mixed raspberry and cherry).

Jam sprinkled with semolina.

All this pour the condensed milk.

Put in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Do not worry if the top will seem liquid, on cooling it hardens. That's so pretty I got.

The test was a lot for my shape and I made more buns with cheese, also delicious it turned out.
