  • Soy sauce

  • Khmeli-suneli

    2 tsp

  • Turmeric

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Carrots

  • Sour cream

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Cilantro

  • Pollock

Defrost the fish, remove the fins and entrails. Wash, remove excess moisture. Cut into small pieces, add hops-suneli, cilantro, soy sauce, turmeric, salt and stir.
