Cooking
To start, melt the margarine. When it has cooled slightly, add the egg yolks, sour cream, yogurt, sugar. All mix thoroughly, then add salt, soda and flour. Knead the dough should not stick to hands.
Roll out the dough in a layer about 5-7mm thick. And now the most interesting for children: the gingerbread can be cut using molds or sculpt with your hands - that's what they like!
Put the gingerbread in the oven preheated to 220S. Approximately 15 min. I got 4 sheets.
When the cakes are all baked start making the glaze. Proteins whisk with sugar on low speed or by hand - whisk. When evenly mixed, add the 5CT. L. of cold water and now beat white. Then put beaten egg whites in a water bath and cook, stirring constantly 10 minutes.
Gingerbread cookies covered with icing and let dry. To speed up the drying you can put in the oven on a low temperature!
