Baklazhanovy rolls with meat
Again, the eggplant again! We love eggplant and I love them cooked! Offer today you Baklazhanovy rolls, meat, with tomato gravy and Yes even baked in the oven! Wow! beauty! Go! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomatoes mashed

    400 g

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Oregano

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

1 onion and 1 clove of garlic cut into small pieces and fry until glass colors on heated sunflower oil.

Add tomatoes, a pinch of salt and black pepper, 1 teaspoon oregano. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and stew 10 minutes.

Eggplant cut into thin strips ( 0.5 cm) along.

Fry the eggplant in a hot Dry pan. Preferably on the Grill. To light brown color. The eggplant is slightly soft.

Eggplant spread on a separate Board or plate. Pepper and salt.

To the mince add the finely chopped onion, garlic and oregano. Stir with hand. Add the beans, mix well.

On each tongue of eggplant put a little more than a tablespoon of meat. Roll into a roll.

The finished rolls spread into the prepared bowl for baking.

Spread on top of tomato sauce, a couple tablespoons. The rest of the gravy just pour out the sides.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 gr. 40 minutes.
