Cooking

step-0
In the sifted flour add sugar powder, pepper, instant coffee, organic coffee, ground nuts, mix if sweet tooth - add powdered sugar
step-1
Add the butter pieces and quickly mash with a fork the cold (I did previously put in the freezer for 5 minutes).
step-2
Quickly shape the dough into a ball, flatten, wrap in cling film and put into the freezer for 10 minutes.
step-3
Of dough roll into balls - I have 20 pieces, spread them on a baking tray laid with baking paper, flatten with a fork dipped in water.
step-4
Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. To cookies just out of the oven, put a tiny piece of chocolate - it melted and as it cools down the cookies froze. And very ennobled taste)
