Chicken cutlets
The recipe is familiar to many, but I have made it its own "flavor&a mp;quot; - oat bran. Rather, it was the girlfriend of my son. Just 20 minutes of delicious, healthy, easy dinner is ready!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

  • Curry

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

Cooking

Take the chicken and finely chop, I have a chicken breast.

Add the finely chopped onions and garlic.

Take oat bran from "Mistral", added to chicken.

Put the egg, salt and freshly ground curry.

All carefully mix and leave for swelling of the flakes for 5 minutes.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, put a spoon "burgers" and fry until it will turn brown over high heat on both sides.
