1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Proteins are put away in the fridge. RUB the yolks with 0.5 cups of sugar.

3. Add 1 tsp of baking powder, a packet of vanillin, stir, and add the flour. The dough should be as for dumplings. But it will be a little to crumble. Separate 1/3 of the dough and place in the freezer against the wall to quickly freeze.
4. Meanwhile prepare the filling - take 2 medium apples, peeled and three on a coarse grater.

8. Fill the apples with whipped whites on top.
9. Take out of the freezer a piece of dough and grate it on a coarse grater. Then sprinkle top of the pie. You need to maximize the closed eggs.
10. Ship all in the oven. My oven is very powerful, and I baked it 30 minutes at a temperature of 160C, then added to 180C for 5-10 minutes to brown. My mother is baking in the old oven at 200C for 30 minutes.
