Prepare the vegetables: peel and finely chop the hot peppers
In skillet, heat olive oil and fry the finely chopped garlic and onion until Golden brown.
Add to pan with hot pepper,
then the tomatoes and pour 0, 5 stack. tomato juice, salt and stew on low heat until soft tomato. Remove the finished sauce from the heat, allow to cool and add finely chopped cilantro and green onions. The sauce to any meat dishes.
