Found this recipe on the website "Cadena". And in the words of Eeyore: "My favorite color, my favorite size," and I add: "My favorite cake, such as it was in childhood... The real cake "Prague"!!!"

Ingredients

  • Egg white

  • Yolk egg

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    35 g

  • Butter

    240 g

  • Condensed milk

    120 g

  • Water

    20 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Flour

    115 g

1. Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar in a lush light cream.

2. Whisk the whites to a density, then add the second half of the sugar and whisk again.

3. Mix whites and yolks.

4. Pour the flour, sifted with cocoa and gently stir movements from the edge to the middle, at the end on the edge pour the melted and cooled butter.

5. This mass pour in the form greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake for half an hour at 200C. 6. Specsize cake cool in the form for 5 minutes, then spread on a grate and leave on the grill for 8 hours (I stood for about 12 hours).

Cream: whisk the yolk with the water (add water carefully, otherwise it will curdle when in contact with condensed milk), add the condensed milk. Put the mixture on a quiet fire and cook until thickens. Separately, beat butter, vanilla sugar, cocoa and add chilled cream.

8. Sponge cake cut into 3 layers (I slightly soaked the cakes with brandy, this recipe was not, but I do not regret) and grease with the cream.

9. Upper Korzh grease with melted chocolate. PS In the pre-recipe cake smeared with jam and then chocolate, but I didn't want to.
