A savory pie from the mother-in-law
Dear cooks, this time I offer a recipe of savoury pie, a recipe which I was treated to my favorite mother-in-law. Very tender dough with a minimal amount of ingredients. I cooked this pie 3 times already. Once with meat and vegetables, the second time with pork and cabbage, a third with melted cheese, bacon and Korean carrot. And my mother in law used fish and potato filling. There is already a flight of fancy that's more like it, and use.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    0.66 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Carrots

    20 g

Prepared quickly, you can just turn the oven on 200 degrees. Divide the eggs.

Add the mayonnaise. Salt, paprika. Stir.

Add flour and baking powder. The dough should be as for pancakes.

Pour half of the batter into the baking pan. And add any savory filling that You like. This time, the cheese rubbed on a grater, finely cut grudinku. All laid out on the dough, added the Korean carrot. And pour the second half of the dough on top.

Bake for 30 minutes, Focus on your oven, bake until tender. The cake is ready! The dough is very delicate, mother-in-law says that it doesn't get stale the next day. Well, in our family, the pie took so long to lay.
