My family loves homemade baked goods, especially yeast. I love to bake. Today I baked muffins with cottage cheese and raisins. The buns turned out soft, tender with flavor. Baking is good because it is very simple to prepare, it requires no special expense, but it turns out incredibly tasty.

Cooking

7. To form buns and put on cookie sheet with some distance (~3 cm) from each other. Put the pan in oven, turn temperature min 40 C and give the rolls will increase in 2 times (~20 minutes).
8. Then grease the buns with the beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional), and bake at t 200°C, 20 minutes. The finished rolls sprinkle with water, cover with a towel and allow time to cool. I was interested in this recipe for its filling, i.e. semolina.
