Indian biscuits
Based on this cookie, I took a classic recipe of "Nan khati," adding his "touch of& quot; taste.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Semolina

    120 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    70 ml

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

Melt butter, add vegetable oil, powdered sugar and vanilla, stir, pour the semolina. Add flour and coconut to make a dough that does not stick to hands, but not falling apart.

Shape the meatballs with a diameter of about 4 cm, put them on a baking sheet, the laid parchment and bake it in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
