Cooking
Fish (preferably fillet) cut into portions or defrosting. I cooked from frozen Pacific Pollock, but anything is possible. Fish season with salt and pepper and pour fruity, balsamic, or 3% vinegar and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Rinse the raisins and soak in warm water for 30 minutes.
A form for microwave grease with vegetable oil, put the fish, add raisins, lemon (or lemon zest) and pour over the beer.
Cover and simmer for 11-13 minutes at full power. PS the Beer begins to boil and to boil away, so the microwave it is better to switch off every 3-4 minutes. You can of course bake it in the oven under foil at 180*C for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with boiled new potatoes and fresh salad.
