Cake
The type of baskets with protein cream. But as molds for the baskets I have, and really wanted a cake, I a little bit fantasized.

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Yolk egg

  • Lemon

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Egg white

  • Powdered sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Jam

    80 g

  • The food dye

Cooking

Sugar and butter to whisk, add the egg yolks and the juice of half a lemon, mix add flour. Roll out, cut glass mugs.

Pierce circles with a fork, which would not swell when baked. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

In a saucepan pour water, pour powder, stir well and cook until the sample on a thick thread. Chilled whites beat until stiff. Not stopping to whisk, pour in the whites with hot sugar syrup, whisking for another 2 minutes.In the end, add the juice of the second lemon halves and dye.
