Cooking
Meat, crank through a meat grinder. Carrots and potatoes peel and grate on a coarse grater, onion chop, pepper cut into small pieces, cabbage finely chopped.
Put the cabbage in a colander, pour over boiling water and then cold water, let it drain.
In deep saucepan heat 3 tbsp oil, fry the onions until light brown colour,
Add the carrots and sauté 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add minced meat, fry all together for 10 minutes
Then put the cabbage and peppers, season with salt and pepper and saute 10 minutes.
Put the mixture into the form.
Beat eggs with sour cream, add grated on a coarse grater cheese or crumbled cheese and stir.
Pour the casserole and place in oven.
Bake until Golden brown at 200*C.
Serve on leaves of lettuce. You can submit to the casserole with your favorite sauce, but without sauce it's really good. Bon appetit!!!
