One of my favorite casseroles - casserole with cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese. I'm not a big fan of sweet pies, but the casserole will not give up ever -juicy, fragrant, spicy, slightly sharp, spicy, delicate flavor of Parmesan. Ideal as snack in the cold and as a main dish in hot. And I'll make it this time in a slow cooker, it turned out very good!

Cooking
Curd (preferably homemade) mix with yolks. In one of the competitions on the Cook I won this miniature combine harvester and it really helps me to separate the yolks from the whites.
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Parmesan cheese is certainly not the cheapest cheese you can reduce the amount and if you want to replace half the other cheese. But if there is such a possibility-that Parmesan is never too much)
The herbs and garlic finely chop. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cheese (leave a little for topping), semolina, garlic, herbs, spices, and salt to taste.
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and pour in the cheese mass.
I'm going to cook in multivarka Vitek 4204 GY. After so many well prepared dishes in it at the end of this project I can confidently say that my slow cooker is a miracle!!-can and bake, and cook soups, stew, and making yogurt, and much more! Will give same my mom!
The Cup multivarki greased with olive oil and pour the curd and cheese mass. Flatten and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
To turn on the bake mode and set the time for 45 minutes.
