Potato boats
A simple snack that can beautify any table. Idea for buffet table. Generally, I like all kinds of meals served a La carte. Maybe someone would look the idea, although it is not new. Very quickly, handy if you suddenly descended guests.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Mackerel

    200 g

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    3 slice

Cooking

Boil the potatoes in their skins, allow to cool

Cut the tubers lengthwise and gently remove the middle with a special spoon or a regular teaspoon so that the potato halves resembled boats.
