Description
Tasty cheese and cream dessert. For curd dessert fit cheese any fat in the presence of gelatin becomes light and airy. Cheese goes well paired with fruit and berries. For dessert, fit and fresh, and canned fruits.

Cooking
To prepare jelly + 1 tsp. gelatin as written on the packaging of jelly.
Berry slice, place in bottom of ramekins and pour the strawberry jelly so that would have been covered with berries. Molds with strawberries I ran out, and jello, so I got a bowl and the grapes. Put into the refrigerator until firm.
Pour the remaining gelatin 50 ml water and leave to swell for 30 min.
Illicit in belender curd and 100 ml. of yogurt.
Whip the cream and sugar.
To the cream add the remaining yogurt. All beat up.
In cream add cottage cheese. Beat.
In a water bath to dissolve gelatin. Add 3-4 tbsp curd-cream mass and mix well.
To put gelatin in the bulk, stirring constantly.
From the fridge to get the moulds to the top and fill with the cheese mass. Then put into the cold to complete zastawny.
