Description

Rolls my grandmother (great-grandmother, great-grandmother....)
It's just superblock. I cook as I can remember. The recipe is very simple, the main thing - not to hurry. My family call them the best cake. This recipe anywhere, no one was recorded, it was passed down through generations. And so I decided to record it.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Butter

    1.5 pack

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 pack

Cooking

step-0
Yeast+0.5 stack. warm water+ 1H. L. sugar=put the sourdough Milk+eggs+sugar+with eh+oil+dough+flour (gradually)=knead the dough of Flour need as much, so when mixing the dough start to roll on the Cup. Put the dough in a warm place, covering it with a towel to come. While the dough is rising - prepare a sheet (grease with vegetable oil.) mix cinnamon with sugar
step-1
The first rule is not to hurry!!! One of the signs that the dough is reached - this is a characteristic squeak while beating. But if it is not, do not worry, the dough a few more times will come in the process of making rolls
step-2
Roll the portioned balls and spread them out on a floured table. Balls should be slightly astronautica.
step-3
Forming the buns: Each bun roll out, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (the dough do not knead). To form a bun (so in our family happened is hearts, horses, roses and horseshoes - give flight to Your imagination) and put it on a sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
step-4
When all the buns are on the leaves, gently brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar (ready-made, they are sooo elegant). And only now turn the oven on 200 degrees. While the oven is heating rolls raskraivajutsja.
step-5
All ovens are different, so can't say anything about the time of baking. The only wish is not to overdo the bun in the oven, they begin the process contents and they begin to settle. STRAPYA OFTEN - gradually the hand fills and rolls will be DELICIOUS!!! Well, Bon appetit! :)
