Knead dumpling dough. Give it a "rest".
Raw potatoes skip through Mincer, along with onions and bacon. If the fat is with layers of meat will be even tastier. Season with salt and pepper, add the grated garlic. Mix thoroughly. Optionally, you can add finely chopped greens.
