Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Spinach

    350 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Spinach wash, dry and cut into wide strips. Scrape the carrots, cut into thin circles. Prepare frozen green beans. In a saucepan boil water, put the carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add the beans. Together the vegetables boil for another 2-3 minutes. Discard in a colander, rinse with cold water (to retain bright color). In a bowl, combine the carrots, beans and spinach. Prepare the dressing. Garlic to clean, chop, mix with soy sauce, honey, vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
