Cooking
Peppers wash, carefully dry with a towel and fry in oil on high heat on both sides until Browning.
Onions finely chop, fry in butter.
Cut tomatoes into small cubes, add to the onions and saute until soft and a little thick. Add the garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the peppers in a deep bowl in a circle.
